This was really interesting and inspiring! Reminds me a lot of a speech by Pete Davis (https://newsletter.petedavis.org/p/a-counterculture-of-commitment-speech), but contextualized in the church planting context. Faithfulness often looks like sticking it through during the mundane seasons of life; looking forward to the end.

Faithfulness sounds good in the Bible. But this is what faithfulness looks like. Faithfulness looks like boring.

Fitting that the hard one to write is about rhythm and consistency. Thanks for being consistent in these treasures, Robin. Especially this post; the pressure of "how do I help our simple church encounter Jesus?" and "we've been in this book or this topic for weeks now and no one seems to be letting it change them" can feel really discouraging, and reading this message was helpful for me to remember to fix my eyes on Jesus.
