How did a church planter start a software company?
And why did a software engineer start to plant churches? How did we see a church begin to plant churches that plant churches?
And what connects writing books, planting churches, and building software?

There’s a lot of talk about co-vocational leadership, missional church planting, and disciple-making movements. Yet, if we’re honest, there aren’t many clear examples in North America.

That’s where my story comes in.

My name is Robin Wallar and by God’s grace, He’s been working in and through my life in ways I could never have imagined. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of blending my background in systems design, church planting, and a deep commitment to Jesus-centered discipleship. Along the way, I’ve discovered how to weave business, design, theology, and vision into practical tools for serving His church while continuing to plant churches myself and lead co-vocational leaders who are planting churches.

If you’re thinking, This guy might be a little crazy, well… you wouldn’t be the first.

Here’s the big idea:

To fulfill the Great Commission, we need churches that equip every believer for disciple-making. We need leaders who view their careers through a discipleship-first lens. And we need businesses that do more than generate profit—they mobilize resources, create products, and provide jobs, all with a mission-first mindset.

I’ve been living at the intersection of these worlds—church planting, entrepreneurship, disciple-making and co-vocational leadership. Now, I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learned.

The church of Jesus has all the resources, talent, and capacity to see the Great Commission realized. All it takes is a fresh way of thinking.

If you’re exploring co-vocational church planting, Christian entrepreneurship, and disciple-making in the post-Christian world, you’re in the right spot.
